Exciting Change!

Darryl Betler: Mortgage Company in Naperville, IL

With change comes excitement!

Sure, overwhelming can be a statement that comes with change but this one has fire in my belly! I am thrilled to announce my change to PHH Home Loans in Mt. Laurel NJ. PHH is the number4 4 originator in the country and number 10 servicer of mortgages in the US.

This change comes at a time where our industry, especially the Mortgage side is having an identity crisis. No one knows where it will land or what it will look like when it does. After two decades doing mortgages and helping families, I am so excited about this flight to quality we are having. This cleansing of the industry has been long over due and the strong will survive. Those that can keep focused, dedicated and partner with professionals will come out on top.

What excites me most about this era we are in now is that I think most will learn an invaluable lesson from it. We now have to shift our own thinking in what we advise our customers on. What worked before will not work now and may never work again. Everyone is going to remember this time and be wiser in the decisions they make. I am scared for sure about what our country and our industry is faced with today however, I remain strong and focused because I know that "This to will pass!" We will get through this and we will remember! God Bless and stay focused. Have a safe and Happy Fourth of July Holiday!

"This a quick note to say thank you so much LaNita in guarding, advising and being with us through our journey of purchasing our first house. My husband and I had just migrated from Australia and we had no idea how the system works here in USA. But you made the impossible possible. You were there whenever we needed you and was more than willing to clarify the jargon we did not understand. And most importantly that infectious smile and positive attitude of yours made the journey easier and exciting. We dont know how we could have done it without you, LaNita not only are you knowledgeable with the real estate market, your are the best person we have come across on both personal and professional level.. Your humility and honest beats us. We were priviledged to have you walk with us in this memorable journey. Keep up the good job, my husband and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking at buying a house. You were our best advocate and can never find the right words to say THANK YOU!!!!! GOD BLESS."
