This post in my series of Naperville Pool Neighborhoods features Huntington Estates; Huntington Estates is a subdivision that is nestled in Naperville's northeast side. Established in the late 1970s, Huntington Estates has over 320 custom homes. Huntington Estates is a family-oriented neighborhood that focuses on friendships and community.
Huntington Estates is a popular neighborhood because of all it's amenities, which includes the pool and tennis courts. Swim and tennis lessons are offered at scheduled times. Social events are not lacking in Huntington Estates they feature; aqua aerobics, fishing derby, pizza parties, and donut socials.
Huntington Estates is in a convenient location off Hobson Road and Naper Blvd. A short distance to 75th street, highway 355, shopping and dining. The Pace Bus also provides commuter service to the Naperville Metra Station.
Huntington Estates attracts home-buyers that are looking for an established smaller, quieter neighborhood. Homes in Huntington Estates are custom built offering a variety of style and size.
