The past year was a mixed year for North Aurora real estate - inventory was high through much of the year and due to this, prices have continued to decline. This is still a foreclosure and short sale driven market and Randall Highlands is no exception. Randall Highlands North Aurora is a small community of both townhomes and detached single family homes located near the Randall Crossing mall on the SW corner of the intersection of Orchard and Randall Roads. Randall Highlands was originally intended to be mostly a townhomes community with a smaller section of detached-style homes in the back built by Wiseman-Hughes. However, due to the maket, only several dozen townhomes were constructed before development stopped in the community.
