Summer Wind North Aurora is a townhome communtiy located close to Randall Road on the west side of the village. These properties are townhome-style units but condo ownership and Summer Wind is a HUD approved community, so FHA loans are perfectly fine. Townhomes in Summer Wind include a number of floorplans of different sizes that can accomodate buyers looking for any combination of features. The community was built in the late 1990's and is one of the largest townhome/condo complexes in North Aurora. It remains popular with buyers due to the location and often reasonable prices.
