This update is for 2 bedroom condos that are currently on the market and have sold in the last 12 months in Oak Park. LP is list price. SP is sold price. MT is market time which looks crazy high for those under contract but on further investigation that is due primarily to several short sales that have been on the market for multiple years.

The "other" properties are for "status"=canceled or expired which as you can see tend to be priced higher than those that are listed or those that sold.

It is interesting that the condos under contract are at 149k which to me looks liked prices are being driven down still in the last 30-60 days versus earlier in the year.
