I'm often asked when I am out with friends, family, and perspective clients, is now really the time to buy like the commercial says? Here is my response. Interest rates are at all time lows. Inventory is great. Many sellers are often offering concessions that are not typically offered. And finally I turn the question on them, do you prefer to buy things at their peak price, when supply is low and demand is high or the alternative? All that being said, if you are thinking about buying, now is the time to buy. No one has a crystal ball, so they can't tell you when the market will turn. But when it does, you will pay more later and kick yourself for missing your chance.

Above is the link to WEEk's story about the reveal. The Grys Family received a 4000 sqft home that is valued between $400,000 and $500,000. They are expected to have a taxe bill that will be around $800 a month starting in 2009.

Donations are still coming in to help pay off this families mortgage. I hope you have enjoyed reading about them and this great time in their lives. I am looking forward to watching the episode when it airs in December or January.

Today is the day that the Grys family gets their new home! It should be somewhere around 2pm. Parking for viewers is in the Sears parking lot. Shuttle buses are there to get spectators to the showing area.
