Prairie Fields subdvision in Savoy, Illinois attracts a variety of homebuyers for a great variety of reasons. At my most recent open house, several buyers cited Savoy's lower taxes as their reason for househunting in that neighborhood. Location and amenities are huge draws to future residents, as well.

One of the biggest attractions currently is the fact that a new elementary school is being built right in Prairie Fields.
