The complex was built in 1986 and at the time offered very contemporary floor plans with 9 ft ceilings and sunken livingrooms on the 1st floor units and vaulted ceilings in all the main rooms on 2nd floor units. All homes offer an eat-in style Kitchen and a formal Diningroom area. 2nd floor homes have balconies that are private from the neighbors and patios are provided for the 1st floor homes.

Not sure what a Coach Home or Manor Home is? It's a group of 4 units together in one building, 2 located on the 2nd floor and 2 located on the 1st floor. Private unit entrance with security "buzzer" door and private 1 car garage with it's own door and entrance.
