Symphony Meadows in Volo

Symphony Meadows is a subdivision of duplexes and single family homes built in the late 2000's. Symphony Meadows is located in Volo, Illinois south of Route 120 and Route 60 and east of Gilmer Road. Symphony Meadows is close to shopping, services and the commuter train as well as major highways. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Chain O' Lakes, forest preserves, and many golf courses.

Activity in Symphony Meadows for the past 6 months

Volo is a small village located just off Route 12 but recently there have been some new developments. Because most of Volo is relatively new both short sales and foreclosures are also relatively low.

In the last 12 months there have been 47 residential sales in total of which 47 were homes. 3 of these were foreclosure sales, i.e. homes owned by the bank. 3 of the sales were short sales. i.e. homes owned by sellers that owed more on the mortgage than the home could sell for and sold due to financial hardship. Buyers have plenty of choice and can steal some very nice nearly new homes in the Terra Springs, Remington Pointe and Lancaster Falls new subdivisions.
