I want to talk about the service I give my clients. I have several clients that I think are just great people.
My broker and I have done everything we can for them. There are some clients you just don't want to let go of. These people have part time homes here and we have tried to take care of their property the best way we can. Staying in communication with them every chance we get. Checking on their property a few times a week. Makings sure everything is just fine. These people are very appreciative of the things we do for them. We intern appreciate their business and this is just one of the way we like to show that to our clients. We are in a resort area and there is alot of things as a realtor we can do for our clients. We have a sister company that also cuts the grass for our clients when they are unable to. Our organization is unique in the fact that we can do alot for our clients. But my reasoning for writing this blog is that if you do for others, they will do for you. Thank you to all of our clients past, present and future. What a great business I am in. What a Day this is today in Cedar Lake,

Our local True Value is have its grand opening, they have expanded their building and now offering many new services.

Our Dairy Queen on the East Side of the Lake is have a DJ Dance tonight starting at 6pm. I went last year and had a ball. You must go and have alot of fun on the waterfront...

One of our local Lounges here is having a End of Summer Bash, Also haveing a DJ you have lakeview form here and alot of fun.

I also understand there is alot of Yard and Garage sales going on today..

Hello Everyone, I just spoke with my Daughter in Southern Illinois and she is getting hit pretty hard with the reminits of Ike. Here in Northwest Indiana in Cedar Lake we do have some flooding of yards.. Take a look at the pics.. and I hear we are not done yet..

What is it like in your Area..??

Hello I am going to tell a story about a business in our town and how sucessfull it has been over decades of time. In Cedar Lake we have a Tire Shop called TJT Tire. This business has been around for over 35 years. One of the employees that has worked at the shop for 35 years is now retireing from there.
Some of you may know that Cedar Lake was a very small town until about 5 years ago and it started growing and we still are!

My feelings on this is that this is a great accomplishment for this Tire Shop. Family owned and they are paying for this mans retirement. Now that my dear folks is Success. Congradulations to the owner of TJT Tire. What a Great Job you have done serving this community..Your employee will be missed.
