Maybe its because I still have just a smidge of Florida sand in between my toes, but it seems like the snow and winter have arrived very early this November in northern Indiana. Heres the proof, photos taken of my backyard on November 18th to be exact.No matter how long I live, I will never get over the thrill of seeing that clear blue sky behind the frigid trees. Bring on the hot buttered rum and my snow blower, winter is here!

Elkhart Indiana, Pre Forclosure Market Predicted To Increase in January 2009

Several sources here in Elkhart, Indiana have predicted that the number of Pre Forclosures, or Short Sales are on the rise and there will be several hundred above what we have seen in the recent past, to hit the market in January 2009.

I also saw something on the news last night that said Foreclosures were going to be postponed from December to January because of the extreme cold here. No Lender wants the reputation of displacing homeowners with no where to go. Although the news media reported this, I have seen nothing that verifies it.

My first Client Grand Baby was born November 29th, 2008. She and her Mommy and Daddy are all doing well and proudly taking photos of the precious young lady! I am as proud as I can be. Welcome Jo Anna Marie to our world. I met your Mom and Dad when you were just a wee one, conceived just a little over a month and we have talked about you, dreamed about you and were anxious to meet you. Mom and Dad have lots and lots of plans for you. And then there are the Boys, they can hardly wait to meet you, someone their own size. No doubt they will protect you and watch over you from now on.
