Another great find for some of my first-time homebuyers. What a great house! This home had been gutted from top to bottom, including a new kitchen, baths, flooring and a water-proofed basement. It has a huge front porch, back porch and deck. Plus, the yard is completely fenced. Funny story-- I showed this house to three completely different groups of buyers. I was bound to sell it! Another great Granger home is sold! This property, though situated in a popular neighborhood, makes you feel like you're nestled in the woods! It backs up to one of the many "green belts" that runs through the neighborhood, so you have a real park-like (very wooded) backyard. The sellers said they spent as much time on the front porch, though, because the neighbhors are all so wonderful and friendly!
