About Fishers' Berkley Grove

I am going to concentrate on a neighborhoods between 106th to 116th on Hague. Most of Fishers Real Estate is new construction such as the areas out by Olio and 116th; but there are treasures within Fishers that have held remarkable value in Berkley Grove, Hickory Woods and Timber Springs.

Berkley Grove is a neighborhood with prices ranging from $175,000 for a small (1600 sq ft) ranch up to $225,000 for a larger two story, some with a basement. There are a limited number of homes with basements in this neighborhood. Of the 10 that have sold in 2010, only two have had basements. In looking at the history of this neighborhood this year, they typically sell in about 75 days and often within the first week! That's a neighborhood in Fishers with great resale.

There are 248 homes in this neighborhood and there are two entrances, one from 106th and the other from Hague Road. There is a pond in the middle of the neighborhood with a fountain making for great walking and biking areas. There are sidewalks in the neighborhood. There are covenants for this neighborhood and school and utility information is also available.
