About Fishers' Timber Springs

The area from 106th to 116th on Hague has some of the best neighborhoods in Fishers, older but very popular. Most of Fishers Real Estate that is new construction are areas out by Olio and 116th and at Brooks School and 126th. I think there are treasures within Fishers that have held remarkable value in Berkley Grove, Hickory Woods and Timber Springs.

Timber Springs is a neighborhood with prices ranging from $275,000 to $350,000 depending on the lot, sq footage and basement size. Most of homes have basements in this neighborhood. Of the 7 that have sold in 2010, six have had basements. The only draw back in this price point is that most of the homes have only 2 car garages.

These homes were built in between 1989 and 1993. While some have five bedrooms, all seven sold were four bedrooms. They are typically well over 2,500 square feet. In looking at the history of this neighborhood over the last few years, they typically sell in less than 60 days and often within the first month! The seven that sold had an average of 43 days on the market. That's a neighborhood in Fishers with great resale.

Today, October 26th 2010; there are no homes currently for sale in Fishers in Timber Springs.
