Bridlewood Estates is a median priced Subdivision and has a wide range of styles that have been built including ranch and 2 story homes and is located on CR 20 just east of SR 15 behind Jefferson Township Fire Station. US 20 is a few miles north and access to east or west arteries is a snap from there. This Subdivision was the most popular place to live for both 2007 and 2008 according to the sales reported thru the Elkhart County Board of REALTOR's(r) Multiple Listing Service.

Bridlewood Estates consists of approximatly 145 lots of which 90% of the lots are sold and built upon. As of August of 2008 Parkway Development Group was starting the process of turning the Bridlewood Association over to its members. Fieldston Crossing, Goshen, Indiana Sold The Most Subdivision Homes in Jefferson Township

Fieldstone Crossing is Jefferson Township's most popular selling Subdivision for the first half of 2009. For the second year in a row I am tracking sales per Township and Subdivision. Last year's report can be found here, and at the end of the year I will compile my two reports to give the whole year's view.

This year, 8 homes have been sold and range from a 3 bedroom, 1.75 bath and 1910 square feet sold for $195,000 while a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with 558 square feet of living space fetched $342,500 from a happy home owner. The Subdivison that came in second was Bridlewood Estates, last year's winner.

Let's take a minute to see why you would want to live in Fieldstone Crossing Subdivision...It is located on CR 18, just east of CR 17, which is home to all the fast food you would want, Arby's Taco Bell, Burger King, McDonald's and sit down eating at such fine places as Indigo and Lucchese's Italian Restaurant. I believe there is also a Subway and Mancino's tucked into strip malls on the eastside of CR 17.

Linton's Garden Center, Bullard's Market, and many other destination business' are centrally located to Fieldstone Crossing.

Education is more than likely important to you as you are searching for a home in Fieldstone Crossing Subdivision and all off Jefferson Township is educated by the Middlebury Community School System, consisting of Heritage Middle School (574-825-9531), Jefferson Elementary (574-533-8216), and Northridege High School (574-825-2142). Higher Education can be found nearby at Ivey Tech or Indiana University-Elkhart. There are other schools, but they don't cover Fieldstone Crossing.
