It was pouring at our 5 Open Houses in Blackstone Subdivision in Nappanee Indiana today, both with rain and home shoppers...Folks came out with children and pretend children, grandparents, friends and relatives.

Did you catch my pretend children above? Yep, I had a pretend baby come to my Open House today. It was part of an Early Development Class a local Teen was taking through her High School. After chatting with her for a while she said that babies are cute, but they wake up in the middle of the night, and cry and scream! She has a log she has to fill out whenever her baby needs attention. I told her real diapers are alot more fun than the pretend ones... She said it has cured her of the "aren't they cute" syndrome and she feels sorry for others who have unprotected sex. Now this is not a conversation I was planning on having at my Open House, but I was glad to hear her logic...smart girl!

I think I had somewhere in the 20 or more catagory of visitors for the Open House. I received two offers, but neither was because of the Open House. One of them was accepted.
