Another great find for some of my first-time homebuyers. What a great house! This home had been gutted from top to bottom, including a new kitchen, baths, flooring and a water-proofed basement. It has a huge front porch, back porch and deck. Plus, the yard is completely fenced. Funny story-- I showed this house to three completely different groups of buyers. I was bound to sell it! And, just two months prior I sold the house a four doors down at 843 23rd. Excellent.

Wowzers! This house was only on the market 3 days before my buyers snatched it up! And, they still managed to get it for only 98% of the list price! What a deal! Ironically enough, this was my very first listing in South Bend, almost four years ago. It's so fun to sell a house, but even more special to do so TWICE! See the photo from when I had it listed by scrolling down. Can you tell it was a different season?

This great home closed a few weeks ago, and I think my buyers got a great deal! The house was completely gutted from top to bottom, and includes two full baths, three bedrooms, and a large 2 car detached garage. With interest rates as low as they are, these first time buyers are paying a mortgage payment that's MUCH less than rent would be on a property with this much square footage... and they own it. Top it off with the $8,000 tax refund they'll get and you're looking at a deal!

This lovely South Bend home was sold just a few weeks ago! Another agent had been representing the seller, and after I relisted it and we repositioned it on the market, we sold it to a great buyer! It's a four bedroom home, with some lovely hardwood flooring, a large fenced yard, a big deck AND a screened in porch. From the chatter at the closing table, it sounds like the neighbors are wonderful too. Congrats everyone!

This home recently sold in South Bend. What a beautiful and historic home-- in a great neighborhood, too! This home had been on the market quite a while. It's non-traditional floor plan made the buyers have to think creatively. The original hardwood floors and beautiful brick work really made it a special find. We eventually got it sold for 97% of the list price.
