110 Acorn Dr is a Eudora Kansas real estate foreclosure that originally came on the market at $.  It is appraised at $ (2007) which is based on what seller paid for it in 2006 when it was bought brand new (built in 2005).  For a foreclosure, the seller kept this house in excellent shape during the less than two years he was in this new construction.

This Eudora property is 1803 sq ft.  My buyer just bought this home for $126,000 or about $70 per sq ft.  Most other Eudora Kansas Real Estate sells for around $100 per square foot on average.

This home that was for sale is 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car garage, a large 10,574 sq ft lot.  The builder's name is Grand Builders, Inc.

While this bargain is in the history books, let's write some new history as I work for you in finding the best bargains in the Eudora Kansas Real Estate area market.

Buyers are always on the look out for great buys that are in ready to move in condition. Sometimes properties are available at a reduced price as a short sale listing that is in great shape. Eudora Kansas real estate could be appraised at $166,240 and I would suggest a short sale offer of $145,300 which would be a bargain.

If it had three bedrooms and two baths and over 1500 square feet, and was a home for sale in Eudora, it would be below most other homes for sale there.

Eudora properties do not usually have large lots but I can find ones that have more than a third of an acre. If it has a fenced yard with a storage shed, so much the better.

No matter what price range you are in, if you are looking for a foreclosure, great bargains, short sales, or motivated sellers, such homes for sale can be found.
