As of the twentieth of August 2009 there are 11 Leawood homes listed for sale in The Pavilions which is located in Southern Johnson County. The asking prices range from $350,000 to $1,999,999.
Since March 15th, 2009 eight Leawood homes in the Pavilions have sold and closed. During the last six months the Leawood homes located in the Pavilions have sold in the range of $376,000 to $915,000. not much a change in the price range since the last report. Some buyers may also be considering White Horse in Leawood, GlenEagles in Overland Park, or LionsGate in Overland Park.

The trend is picking up as far as sales volume. Credit is getting slighly easier to obtain although it will not return, at least anytime soon, to the easy credit access of 2003-2005. Those days are long gone.

Architecture in Leawood, KS
Leawood, KS is in the southern part of the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan area. This is an office building recently completed. It is 104,000 square feet in size and can be rented in increments of 5,000 sq. ft. @ $28.50/sq.ft.
From city center, travel south on State Line Rd, turn right on 112th St. as if you were going to Hallbrook Country Club. Take the first right instead of going straight. The building will be on your right.
Like many buildings in Leawood and Overland Park, this is new construction. In this instance the architect has incorporated hints of old classical styles into a contemporary piece of work. My favorite part of the building is the fountain. ^_^
