You wouldn't know it by reading the paper or watching the news but home sales are starting to rebound. Many subdivisions in South Overland Park are seeing strong sales and even some price appreciation. Hampton Place is one of those subdivisions. Hampton Place just finished it's best home sales year since 2006, compared to 2010 every price category improved and days on the market decreased. If you are looking to move up, move out or build in Hampton Place right now is your best opportunity.
As you can see 2011 home sales increased, prices increased and market time decreased. Right now there are buyers who want to move into Hampton Place but there are very few homes available.
