Prairie Village Sales Pending/Sold. From November 1 through November 30, 2010, there were 3 Prairie Fields subdivision home listings having gone under contract with an average list price at the time of contract of $141267 in Prairie Village KS. For the same period, there were 3 MLS reported Prairie Fields subdivision homes sold with an average sales price of $170667.
