Prairie Village Sales Pending/Sold. From November 1 through November 30, 2010, there were 10 Prairie Village subdivision home listings having gone under contract with an average list price at the time of contract of $233065. For the same period, there were 7 MLS reported Prairie Village subdivision homes sold with an average sales price of $195286.

• From November 1 through November 30, 2009, there was 2 Prairie Village subdivision home listings having gone under contract with an average list price at the time of contract of $182900. The average list price at the time of contract showing an increase for this time period in 2010.
