Hemlock Semiconductor is scheduled to complete the first $1.2B phase and commence panel production by the end of 2012 with 500 full time employees. $3B expansion will add 900 additional full time jobs in 2014. Construction workers are projected to increase from 1100 currently to 2300 for the expansion. Suppliers and vendors double the new jobs in the area.
The Creekside Meadows site is 4 miles from Hemlock plant in Guthrie, KY. Several contractors and vendors have already chosen to set up here. Our site is zoned commercial and located on the corner of US Hwy 79 and KY Hwy 2128/KY Hwy 181 with over 1400' of road frontage. US Hwy 41 is 300' from the property.
