Yes, you can find great Vietnamese and Cajun food in Lexington, KY. The Fusion Cafe at 919 Winchester Road in Lexington, KY has one of the most interesting menus in town. The Nguyen family has operated this little gem since April of 2006, offering a variety of foods. Their Pho (traditional Vietnamese noodle soup) gets rave reviews! But, they also serve some great Cajun food as well.

Every time I go in I'm met by smiling, helpful members of the Nguyen family. It's a warm, friendly place and I feel very lucky to live close by.

Living "inside New Circle" in Lexington, KY brings its own benefits. Just one benefit is that everything downtown is local, and everything out of town is just a nice little drive. It's perfect for us. With neighborhood Vietnamese and Cajun eateries like the Fusion Cafe nearby, we're never far from a great meal!

To find it come in on US 60, Winchester Road, toward the center of Lexington KY past New Circle Road to the corner of Seventh Street and Winchester Road. The building is a lovely yellow with a red roof. You can't miss it. Eat in or carry out, Vietnamese or Cajun at the Fusion Cafe is delicious.
