Looking through the "Hot Sheet" this morning, looks like a Countrywide owned foreclosure in Locust Creek has dropped the price by about $40,000. It is now just under $500,000 for a 4200 sqf (including finished basement) 5 bedroom 3.5 bath house in Locust Creek.
