On Thursdays of every week, I single out the Prospect Ky real estate market to review and post a bit of info about what has taken place recently, at least in regards to homes for sale in Prospect. I have just finished posting several articles on my blog at www.LouisvilleKyRealEstateBlog.com about homes for sale in Prospect Ky. Today I covered asking prices and they are behaving in today's market, plus how many homes are coming on the market and how many are leaving. In addition, I included a graph or two about how many home owners are reducing their asking price as they continue to try to sell their homes in Prospect.

There's a great deal of development in and around Springhurst and Prospect here in Louisville. One neighborhood is Wolf Pen Springs, where new, custom homes are being built from the mid $500k. Right off Chamberlain Lane, directly across from Norton Commons, Wolf Pen Springs is close to everything in Louisville's far east end.

Large brick two-stories are the norm here in Wolf Pen Springs. There are a good number of lots still available if you would like to build your own custom home in this neighborhood.

Norton Commons is Louisville's very own 150-acre planned community, complete with both residential and commercial properties. There are plans to build an elementary school and there's even government buildings. It has it all! Located in the East End of Louisville within Prospect, across the street from Glen Oaks and near both Springhurst and Anchorage. For new home buyers, it's a must see!
Norton Commons is a very hot part of Louisville's real estate outlook.
