Based on a recent home appraisal in Jefferson Terrace Subdivision, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70809, I wanted to present to readers several different charting formats of Jefferson Terrace data. The five year charting shows a median sales price increase of 23.2%. The one year charting shows a +3.4% median sales price increase. The scatter charting of Sold Price Per Square Foot appears to indicate a decrease in sold price per square foot.
