Average Sold Price Sq. Ft.: $121.52/sf (+$1.71/sf From 2010 or +1.4%)
Median Sold Price: $345,000 (-$12,000 From 2010 or -3.36%)
Number of Sales: 3
Low To High: $330,000 to $399,500 ($330K Sale Was Distressed Sale)
