This weekend St. Bernard Parish will hold it's annual crawfish festival. Starting today March 26-29. The only time the festival was not held was in 2006 after hurricane Katrina devastated the entire parish. They expect over a hundred thousand people this weekend. If you love crawfish don't miss this one.

The location will be the government and civiv center complex in St Bernard.

The Brokers Tour committee held a meeting today instead of our normal viewings. In the meeting, a total of six different Brokers were represented. In addition, also in attendance were a home inspector and a contractor.

Our final decision was to hold a Super Open House weekend. The date for the event is Nov 1^st and 2^nd. If your Realtor would like to include your property or if you're in need of a Realtor service call or email.

Chalmette LA Broker Tour Homes for Sale Arabi

Yesterday was our first Broker tour in Chalmette LA for this year. This was our largest turn out since we started holding them back in October 2007. The talk and buzz today is the increase in activity and phone calls we all seem to be witnessing. This will be a blessing for sure. Homes for Sale in Arabi, LA seem to have quite an interest due to the like new condition and price points. The average size that most are interested in range from 1500 -2000 sq. ft. The price point appears to be in the 130,000 to 150,000 range.
