Low Sales Price: $240,000
High Sales Price: $274,500
# of Sales: 14
Average # of Days On Market: 56 Days On Market


Solds In Old Mill from 9/11/06 to 9/11/07 reveal:
Average Sales Price: $251,229
Average Sold Price Per Sq. Ft.: $131.23/sf
Median Sold Price: $249,950
Low Sales Price: $215,000
High Sales Price: $280,000
# of Sales: 24
Average # of Days On Market: 56 Days On Market
