About Pearl River's Magnolia Forest

Saturday, October 1, 2011 is the Magnolia Forest Subdivision garage sale, starting at 7 A.M. and ending at 12 P.M. There will be maps given out at the Oak Alley and Fischer street entrances. Each homeowner that is participating will be marked on the map. Further information may be obtained from the homeowners association.

This annual sale is very popular with both the residents of Magnolia Forest as well as non residents. If you like garage sales don't miss this one.

The weather should be some of the most pleasant of this year with a forecast high of 79 degrees and low humidity.

This Saturday, October 2 Magnolia Forest Subdivision will be conducting it's annual garage sale. The times are from 7 A.M. till noon. This year there are 37 homes participating down from over 40 last year. If you are a garage sale junky don't miss this one. The weather will be fantastic and the people are friendly. It will be over in time for you to go home and watch our beloved LSU Tigers beat Tennessee (rocky top) at 2:30 P.M.

Magnolia Forest is located between Slidell and the city limits of Pearl River. Each home is located on approximately one acre or more. As the name suggest there are many magnolias and oaks lining the street throughout the neighborhood. Easy commute to Stennis Space Center or New Orleans via I-59.
