Ashland MA is a great town to consider if you'e considering a move to MetroWest Boston. It's midway between Boston and Worcester so a great landing spot if you need to commute to either city. One of my favorites spots in Ashland is the State Park - where we walk our dog daily. It's a beautiful spot where you can walk around the lake. If you're wondering what the market is like in Ashland, take a look at the 2011 home sales report in Ashland as compared to 2010. It's one of the few towns that had a totally flat per square foot price over the past two years, an indication we've hit bottom of this real estate recession.
