Concord Riverwalk located at 1649 Main Street broke ground September 23, 2010 and the project is well underway. There are eleven new homes to constructed and two reconstructed single family homes between 1290 s.f. and 1550 s.f. of living space, with front porches, all surrounding a common green. This is an update from my original post Concord Riverwalk. Six of the homes have been reserved.
