The road exits back onto RT 6A in West Barnstable where it becomes High St. The road is also accessed from Exit 4 off the Mid-Cape Highway heading north off the exit. I lived off this old road for over 10 years and spent many hours walking, biking and driving its every turn, dip and rise. I never grow tired of being on Old County Rd.
