I just wrapped up the sale on this home at 83 Hancock Road off of Partridge Road in Franklin. I worked as a buyers agent on this transaction. The buyers were clients of mine who's condo I sold over in Hopkinton at the Indianbrook complex. They had been looking for around six months when this terrific property came on the market. It is located on a private cul-de-sac so it has a sweet location within the neighborhood.
My buyers should really enjoy this place. The subdivision is fantastic, especially for those with kids. This Toll Brothers neighborhood has excellent home plans that are popular with most buyers. The typical home in Franklin Oaks has 4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 baths. Most of the homes have two car garages although there are a few that have a three car.
This home had nine rooms, four bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. The layout was just what most buyers today are looking for. Some of the design features that made this home pleasing were the dramatic two story foyer, 1st floor study, large kitchen and family room open to one another, and spacious bedrooms. The home has 2745 square feet of well laid out space.
Franklin is an excellent town with great access to highways and a good school system. Homes in the Franklin Oaks neighborhood generally sell fairly quickly.
