Reminder for Medway, Massachusetts residents:

There is a special town meeting tonight (11/16/2009) starting at 7:00 pm at the Medway High School. The Medway High School is located at 88 Summer Street.

One of the topics that residents will be voting on is whether to spend $950K for a sewer project. You can read an article about it in today's Milford Daily News.

Keep up with town activities and be a part of the decision making. If you don't attend, the people who do attend will make all the decisions for you.

On the upper end of the scale, there are 2 properties listing for $800,000 or more. 

One new single family home came on the market in the last week.  It is a 3 bedroom ranch on Coffee Street.   

No single family homes went under agreement in the last week but three were flagged to under agreement soon. 

One single family home sold in the past week.  It was a 3 bedroom, 7 room antique colonial built in 1880.  Due to its poor condition it sold for just $120,000.  The new owner intends to rehab and expand to property according a Milford Daily News article.

There are currently 8 condos on the market in Medway.  The condo average list price is $319,000 with an average price per square foot of $153.  Average time on market is 192 days.  There was no activity in the condo market in Medway in the last week.

There are five multi-families on the market in Medway. Average list price for multi-families is $292,000 with an average time on market of 215 days.  There has been no movement in the multi-family market this past week.
