I get a lot of questions about The Residences at Milton Landing.

The Residences at Milton Landing was a condominium project that was developed in Milton a couple of years ago.

The question I get most often is where are these condos located. The condos are located @ 88 Wharf Street which is off of Adams Street in the are of Milton Village. You may not know that the area is called Milton Village, however that is the correct name of the area where Milton Village Hardware and the small post office near the Baker Chocolate Factory. The condos are well appointed. They range from 1400 square to over 2700 sqaure. There are also resale units available at The Residences at Milton Landing.
