The massive gains in November is now undone! What this town gained in last month seems to be offset by these numbers. Or was that an exceptional November?
Not a good month based on this numbers. (Or should I re-check?)
What's the prediction? I believe, the rest of the year and 2012 should be better after light December. No snow is another good sign for 2012 first quarter. Let's see what happens next. Lost ground for this month should be regained and hope to continue at the same pace in next month, too. Not so strong finish of the year!
Overall, compared to last DECEMBER, it's a below average market.

After a major drop in inventory before spring, there are many homes for sale in NORTH READING, MA. The median price has been fluctuating till spring was still going up, and it's started showing the signs of season. Though there is still a demand for homes in this town. High inventory offsets the higher median price and it started showing decline in late summer. Let's hope there are more sales here - like what we have in DECEMBER - and little more stability, instead of decline. Though I do predict there will be an adjustment in median price as inventory has started going down.
