Termites.....that is not something that anyone....Buyer or Seller....wants to find in a home inspection. Of course, better to find them than have them there and not found.

I recently had a Buyer discover termites as part of their home and pest inspection. The Seller agreed to take care of the problem and contracted with Keady Pest Control of Norwood MA.

While the treatment and inspection was great, my Buyers of course were nervous about the quality of treatment, extent of damage and more. Shawn Keady of Keady Pest Control went above and beyond what other companies might do and after his extensive inspection and treatment that the Seller arranged for, he took the extra time to meet with the Buyers, answer their questions and explain everything in detail. There was no charge for his additional time.

As an added bonus, the other agent and I received quite an education about termites and termite treatment. The other agent is considering bringing him in to talk to his office.

His treatment comes with a warranty and my buyers were happy to know that they will be covered by this locally owned and run business.
