The home sold for $160,500 and has a great location near many area amenities, nearly a half acre flat lot of land, and the home is in pretty good shape. They have plans to do some cosmetic work and to finish the basement to make it their dream Cape Cod retirement home! They've been looking all summer, and I'm really excited that we were able to find the perfect home for them.
