Although a sometimes bitter breeze came off the water today, nothing could hamper the attitudes of the many furry friends and their frozen cold owners! It was a fantastic, humorous day with freebies, games and prizes for all on Plymouth's waterfront today! I just have to share some of the photos from today's guests, particularily the Costume Contestants. Two of my favorites...
