What I Like about the Village at Crown Colony
One of the best condominium complexes in Quincy, Massachusetts in my humble opinion is The Village at Crown Colony. The property is located on Village Drive in Quincy which is in the back of the Crown Colony Office Complex. It is really close to the Quincy Adams T Station.

The Village at Crown Colony is designed to look like a quaint New England Village. All of the homes are essentially townhouse style condominiums. There are 100 units in the complex. The complex is complete. The units were built in the late 1990's. They are all really well kept.

On site, there is a common clubhouse which can be rented out for parties and functions. In the lower level of the clubhouse, there is a small gym where you can work up a good sweat without having to by a gym membership.

The majority of the condos within The Village at Crown Colony are over 1500 square feet each. They are very sizable units. A good number of the units have attached garages. All the units have washer/dryer hookups. Most of the units have either small outdoor space or a small deck off of the main living area. These truly have all of the amenities of owning a single family without the upkeep issues associated with owning a single family.

In 2008, there were 3 sales in the complex per MLSPIN. Below is a chart of the sales.
