Killam Farm is a cul de sac subdivision located on Killam Farm Road in Southborough, Massachusetts.

This 10-house community was built from 1998 to 1999 by Brendon Homes, a well-known and award-winning builder of homes in the Metrowest area and developer of communities such as Uhlman Farms in Westborough, Brigham Woods in Northborough, as well as Presidential Estates and Schipper Farms - both in Southborough.

The homes in Killam Farm are all classic colonials that are 2,500 to over 3,000 square feet in size and situated on lots that range from 17,000 square feet to over an acre.

Southborough's public school system is highly ranked and the town is home to the prestigious St. Mark's School. In addition, the Fay School is the oldest junior boarding school in the country serving grades 1 through nine on its 35 acre campus.
