The town of Ware is nestled in a valley surrounded by rolling pasture land, rivers and the Quabbin Reservoir. When the Great Depression brought sure demise to the town's mills, Ware residents bought shares in the companies. The purchase was the first employee-buy-out of a major manufacturer. The new slogan for Ware became "The town that can't be licked!" Ware is in the 01082 zip code and 413 area code.

365 things to do in Worcester county - fall festival in West Boylston. So there are so many fall festivals out there that it is so hard to find just a few to highlight. One fall festival I noticed happening every year at this time is the fall festival in West Boylston.
What makes this fall festival in West Boylstonso unique is the enourmous number of scare crows that line the center of town. We're talking rows of scarecrows. And they are all different. How fun it is just to drive through the town and see all the cool decorations?!
Of course, it does not hurt to have an amazing fall day, loud and fun music playing, smells of good food in the air. People seem to be really enjoying the festival in West Boylston and I as an observer got caught up in the fun. So, my vote for one of my 365 things to do in Worcester county - fall festival in West Boylston
