Vacation property is back and looking more and more like one of the
best places to protect your long term assets. Self directed retirement
accounts I have spoken of before in this blog is one answer, but today
I would like to share the benefits of Fractional Ownership. With
fractional ownership you can get far more for your money. You get
far more because you are pooling your money with others to acquire
properties 2, 3, or more times the value you personally could afford.
Because the cost is shared, you can get more. There has never been as good a time to buy. Prices are at a low, as
are interests rates. With those two low the next swing of the
pendulum is up. This is a classic buy low sell high scenario. I
represent vacation properties that are both exclusive and private.
The owners of these homes can even offer a variety of their own
financing options. Lease to own, long term leases, option contracts
to name several. In some select homes foe qualified buyers owner
financing could be available. As our economy here in the states and around the world begins to
turn itself around so slowly now is the time to get on board making your money work a bit better for you. Investing in high end
vacation real estate is an investment that can come with some level of guilt. The kind of guilt that is having it all and making
money with it too, kind of guilt. It has been said that negative emotions are not the kinds of emotions that should be mentioned
in any kind of sales scenario, but I just don't want you to get under agreement some dream vacation property where you family,
friends and business partners envy you for and not mention you don't really need to feel any guilt about this. This is prudent
money management. Owning a luxury property, even a Caribbean luxury property at today's prices and interest rates is a great
place to park some funds to keep them tax free until you need them. I a not an accountant, nor am I an attorney, professional
advice should be consulted when investing your money, but as a real estate professional I can assure you that now is a good
time to buy any real estate. Buy low with the double benefit of low interest rates is a bifecta of fiscal savvy.

Dave Liniger founder of RE/MAX was just names the Most Influential Person in Real Estate in the country in 2011. This award coupled with the JD Powers #1 award for both Buyers and Sellers in Real Estate clearly indicates that training, focus and followthrough will always differentiate any group of people from the rest. If you are not getting what you want or need, call a RE/MAX agent. If you are an agent looking to do better, call a RE/MAX office. Congratulations Dave Liniger for showing us the way. Others talk a talk, but you have walked the walk!

The MA Home Inspector Standards of Practice is written for the professional home inspector. United Inspection Service has created some easy to read Consumer Information Sheets illustrating what is included and excluded in a Standard MA home inspection. Clear client communications (3c) are one of our core values. See the easy to read one page consumer information sheets for each of the systems in a MA Home Inspection.

I am excited to be sharing this home. It is so unlike most homes of the Boston Area. There are many, many fine homes in this area with the vast majority of them being Colonial. No surprise there as we are one of the original Colonial states and our homes go back to those days. This home is a contemporary and it is built in the block style of architecture that Frank Lloyd Wrigt and the architect of this home Maurice K Smith used in their thinking of the home.
Each room is designed for optimal light, air, room and flow. After each room has been designed it is then the architects skill that puts the blocks together to fit the land and space on which it sits. The attention to the details of the rooms and their placement on the land make living in this home a daily wonder. This is more than a home it is a living companion.
Here is a link to the virtual tour. Let me know what you think.
