In the last 90 days, there have been 46 single family sales with an average list price of $378,070; an average sale price of $361,551 with an average days on market of 124 days. The lowest sale price was $219,900 and the highest sale price was $649,000. This data demonstrates that real estate is still selling in Wilmington. I'm all ready for the beginning of the Summer Surge on Monday! I bought coozies at the Christmas Tree Shop today for $1.69. Not the typical coozie -- these have a gel on the inside that freezes to keep your drinks even colder. My tagline is "We all enjoy them cold...remember, I can get your referrals SOLD!"

The store had every color you can think of...red, blue, orange, pink and green - no matter your company logo! These are also great items for Father's Day!
