Here is the market snapshot for the sales of Condominiums for the month of October 2010 for Wlimington, MA. (Data Source: MLSPIN).
The surprise factor for me was - not a single condo was sold in Wilmington for the month of October, 2010 as per MLSPIN data - so you may read this data only for single family homes in Wilmington, MA.

Median Sale Price: $355,000 ($372,000 for September, 2010.)
Days on Market: 106 (up slightly from September 2010 - was 102)
Average Sales Price: $360,981 ($385,542 for September 2010)
Number of homes sold: 16 (12 in September 2010)
Total Sales Volume: ~$5.8M (~$4.6M for September 2010)
Based on this, we can say, October 2010 was a better month for number of homes sold as well as total sales volume, despite the median and average sales price dipped little bit. There is no impact on total days on market for active listings.
