365 things to do in Worcester county- jumpin' juice and java in Worcester is a local eatery with a modern flair yet a hommy feeling. This is a great hang out or a pop in for lunch. It's a nice place to meet friends or check out "365 things to do in Worcester County" blog on free Internet access.
Located in the old Tatnuck Book seller's location at 335 Chandler St., in Worcester, it is a modern facility with flat screen TV and a stone fireplace in the corner. The decor is unobtrusive and the artwork is cutesy. The food is very fresh and the coffee is innovative. I enjoyed a Santa Fe sandwich the other day as a wrap and it was awesome!
Today I spoke to Joshua Van Dyke who is the proprietor. He welcomed me like an old freind and we chatted a bit about his cafe and the other Jumpin' Juice and Java, located on 486 Chestnut St. in Gardner. Joshua is a good looking young man who strikes me as a health conscious individual. He personally enjoys the fruit smoothie concoctions and recommends them to his customers.
When I mentioned that I was interested in trying out the specialty of the day, Josh went into the kitchen and put together a superb pulled beef flat bread sandwich with his own hands. My lunch was delicious and I strongly recommend Jumpin' Juice and Java as one of 365 things to do in Worcester County.

I insisted a buyer come in my office for a consultaion before we would take him out to preview properties. He had worked with multiple Realtors over the past 3 years, visited dozens of homes and wasted tons of time. My 1st comment was "wow 3 years and you could not find a home" he said the Realtors were not showing him the right properties, plus he believes the bottom has not come. I asked, how will you know when the bottom has come... he explained I guess I will know when I see it in the media. I said "good point, however the problem with that is, if it's in the media, its too late because everyone else knows and its going up" He said that makes sense.
I explained the tax credit is gone, however rates are amazing and there is still a ton of inventory. He said he is ready now. I asked him if he found the perfect home this weekend, would he write an acceptable offer? He said yes. I then presented him an exclusive buyer agreement, which he signed after I explained that I had him sign the agreement because I was going to find him a home...the other 4 agents never had him sign one because they were wasting his time. He signed and he is heading out to buy a home this weekend with one of my buyer agents!!
Its all about the consultation!!
