We at Homefinders.com prefer to look at FACTS. That means homes that have actually closed. We also want to consider the difference between the list price and the SOLD price. Also, how much, if any, seller's subsidy was paid??? The seller's subsidy is money credited to the home buyer at closing which can be used to defray the buyer's closing costs.
