The Sydster was none to pleased since she was oh-so ready to march with her Girl Scout troop. This would 
have been her fourth (or fifth?) year, I believe. 'Twas the night before the parade, the costume was stitch-witcheried (ya'll scout moms feel me, I know!) and the holly berry cape was hung by the chimney with care. Well, actually, it was hung in the laundry room to cool off from all the glue of the hemming tape, and then we find out the whole thing was called off!
